What if I switch CRMs later?
We re-integrate. We're system-agnostic on purpose — your stack is yours, not ours. If you move from JobNimbus to ServiceTitan, we rebuild the integration as part of your monthly retainer. No additional setup fee.
Does this replace my admin?
For most of what an admin does — yes. Lead response, follow-up, review requests, scheduling, data entry across systems. What it doesn't replace is the human judgment work: difficult customer calls, complicated dispute handling, weird edge cases. Some clients keep a part-time admin for those things and let the automation handle volume.
What about my data — who owns it?
You do, always. Your data lives in your systems — we never move it into a Ventana platform because we don't have one. If you end the engagement tomorrow, your data stays exactly where it was: in your CRM, your calendar, your email. We just disconnect the automation.
What happens if it breaks?
Your monthly retainer covers monitoring and fixes. Anything broken gets fixed within 24 hours, usually same day. You're not paying us for support — it's part of the system.
How long until I see results?
Speed-to-lead clients typically see a measurable improvement in booking rate within 30 days. A full case study with attributed revenue takes 60-90 days. If you're not seeing results in 90 days, we refund the setup fee.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, no fee. No long-term contract. We earn the retainer every month or you stop paying. The setup work is yours to keep, since it lives on your tools.
Do you only work with home improvement contractors?
